Federation of Awarding Bodies chair Isabel Sutcliffe discusses the value of qualifications and awarding bodies.
Ms Sutcliffe explains that the value of qualifications will be judged by the future 'outcome' of the learner, either as progression in their career or progression onto a different level of qualification.
