Association of Learning Providers (ALP) CEO Graham Hoyle gives us the latest update on Course Labelling. The team working on Course Labelling has decided that it needs a different title, and Graham would like your help.

Course Labelling has two main purposes. It is consumer info, enabling the learner to make an informed choice as to what learning and training is going to be delivered on the course.

It also provides a marketing tool for colleges and training providers to show what their portfolio is, and how well they are delivering this. There is a lot of research being carried out to see what learners want out of Course Labelling, rather than what we think they want.
