Lord Baker discusses Edge and the reason why they support WorldSkills

FE News catch up with Lord Kenneth Baker, Chairman of Edge to discuss the relationship between Edge and the reason why they feel it is important to support Team UK and WorldSkills London 2011.

Lord Baker discusses how WorldSkills London 2011 grows upon Calgary 2009. WorldSkills London 2011 is the largest skills competition ever to be held with between 100,000 to 150,000 visitors during the course of the competition. When this is compared in context to when the competition was held in Calgary in 2009, the Canadians transported in some 50,000 young people across Alberta, with some 58,000 – 60,000 visitors in total.
