FE News caught up with MITIE Client Services at the National Training Awards. We had the pleasure of chatting with MD Debra Ward and head of training Tom Robinson.
MITIE discuss how the business embraced training and skills to help grow from 4 to 432 people in a five-year period. Not only has the bespoke individual training packages helped grow the business, they also have an employee retention rate of just 2.4% compared to their industry average of 15-20%.
