SFA’s David Hughes funding update

David Hughes, the Skills Funding Agency’s (SFA) director of provider services, deals with all of the money, allocations, performance management and the interesting new policy changes at his organisation, such as the Minimum Contract Levels.

Mr Hughes chats with FE News about how the spending review impacts the SFA. He explains that the group is trying to send out funding allocations as soon as possible, but his team has to wait for the Treasury settlement to BIS.
