Simon Bartley, WorldSkills International President, discusses the importance of competition and his plans for the future of WorldSkills

Bartley discusses his plans for WorldSkills, and the ongoing legacy of the competition to improve skills and awareness of them.

He also explains how international competitions enable subject matter experts from across the world to share best practice and improve teaching of their subject areas.
