> A Coventry company has continued its rapid expansion with the latest in a string of new appointments.

Acua Limited, which provides a range of management and leadership skills training to large companies and organisations across the country, has just appointed Jayne Boyle, from Warwick, to the role of business development manager.

Jayne, will work as part of the business development team to promote Acua’s portfolio of products and services to organisations from the public, private and voluntary sectors that could benefit from them.

Originally from Stourbridge, Jayne was previously a client account manager with the West Midlands Quality Centre.

She said: "I am very pleased to join such a rapidly growing and successful business.

"It is exciting to be part of a brand new team and I am looking forward to taking on the challenges ahead.

"Acua has a unique range of products and services and I will play a pivotal role in helping the company distribute and develop our learning and development programmes."

The company, which is a training subsidiary of Coventry University, moved to its base at Coventry Innovation Village just six months ago and Jayne’s appointment is the latest in a series of new roles created which will see the company grow from employing 15 people to an expected 100 by the end of the year.

Larraine Boorman, managing director of Acua, said: "We are delighted to have Jayne on board and we are confident that her experience is well suited to our business growth plans.

"This appointment is the result of several new positions created as we continue to attract an increasing amount of new clients from across the country.

"We will build on this success even more in the future and continue to develop our team and our reputation."
