Brathay's Jez Anderson on supporting pre-Apprenticeship learners in WorldSkills

FE News catches up with Jez Anderson, head of apprentice development at the Brathay Trust.

Anderson explains Brathay’s dual role at WorldSkills. Firstly, the Team UK leaders who supported the competitors and their well being during the competition were Brathay staff. But Brathay are not just about supporting and mentoring competitors on the WorldSkills stage, they also work with pre-Apprenticeship learners and hard to reach young people to help them make positive life choices.
