NAS executive Anthony Knowles talks about the huge impact Apprenticeships have had on youth unemployment

Friday, 03 February 2012 15:57 Youth Unemployment FE News chats with Anthony Knowles, head of Apprenticeships (Yorkshire and Humber) for the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS).

Anthony discusses how Apprenticeships are helping to tackle youth unemployment. There are over 270,000 16-24 year olds in employment due to Apprenticeships. In fact, in the past year alone, 45,000 16-24 year olds have found employment or sustained employment through Apprenticeships.
