AELP Webinar: The Management Fee Calculation Conundrum

Creating Best Value in Subcontractor Relationships!

Creating Best Value in Subcontractor Relationships!

  • Overview

There has been much debate around Management Fees and Charging Policies within the apprenticeship sector, with growing pressure for greater transparency, accountability, responsibility and value for money within the apprenticeship supply chain system.  In the absence of a single, defined formula to calculate management fees, in this webinar we explore some key factors that should be considered when developing fair and equitable charging policies, along with some fresh, new thinking around potential models of best practice for calculating management fees – in order to create best value within subcontracting relationships.

This webinar is the ideal follow up to our Subcontracting Readiness Workshop and will help providers to:

    • understand the debate around supply chain management fees
    • review the national policy and direction of travel on management fees
    • consider current examples of practice around management fees, their pros and cons
    • explore some fresh, new thinking around key factors that should be considered when calculating management fees
    • explore what ‘good’ looks like within apprenticeship supply chain cost-modelling and how to create best value.
