Devolved Adult Skills Fund Tender Opportunities

Overview

Devolution of the Adult Education Budget now the Adult Skills Fund has been one of the biggest changes within the adult education market in recent history.

In August 2025, the newly formed East Midlands Combined County Authority and York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority will be taking control of their own budgets to deliver these programmes. In addition, areas, which currently have devolved activity will be looking to let further contracts.
