Pedagogy and Professional Practice

December 7, 2023 @ 10:00 am 11:30 am

Employers are becoming more aware of the opportunity they have to shape the apprenticeship training being provided to their employees, it is therefore important to provide the best possible service when developing learning experiences. In addition, the Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has revised the Professional Standards, which means that Ofsted will have a newer set of expectations to support what good and outstanding practice looks like.

This interactive webinar will review the Professional Practice expectations and different approaches that can be implemented into learning programmes to ensure that all learners have a meaningful and positive learning experience.

This interactive webinar will review:

  • What the professional standards really mean to your business;
  • Maths, English and Digital Skills;
  • Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, British Values and Sustainability;
  • Joining the dots with Ofsted;
  • Best practice when developing learning programmes;
  • What next.

Who should attend this webinar

This interactive webinar is designed for:

  • New and existing training providers that recognise there are areas for development in the way that their learning programmes are developed and delivered;
  • Providers who are not confident with the expectations of the wider curriculum requirements for personal and professional development of their team;
  • Providers who are not confident in aligning with the expectations of EPAOs in validating educator competence;
  • Providers who have identified staff competency and currency as an area for development within Quality of Education and/or Leadership and Management.
