DESCRIPTION:Ineffective governance has been one of the most commonly occurring Ofsted criticisms of providers deemed to be ‘Inadequate’ or who ‘Require Improvement’. \nAt this important workshop we will look at Board reporting and how to ensure its effectiveness\, including: \n\nthe Solvendis ‘What\, When and Why Guide to Board Reporting’ for an apprenticeship provider\nthe importance of KPIs in the Board reporting process\nstriking the balance between too much and too little detail\nthe importance of reporting trends and not merely numbers to the Board\nthe use of slide decks as a means of sharing key performance updates\n\nFor providers looking to establish (or re-establish) a new Board\, it is suggested that delegates attend our workshop on ‘Establishing an Effective Board’ before attending this workshop.

DESCRIPTION:This seminar will have new content which focuses on the revised expectations of Providers arising out of the implementation of Ofsted’s  new inspection framework. \nNew style inspections will commence at the beginning of November\, incorporating report cards and a revised grading structure. \nThe guidance given in the seminar will be inciteful and will reflect both inspector training and early inspection involvement.
