Career College Trust Chief Executive Ruth Gilbert discusses the ‘Getting Ready for work’ Ofsted report.
The report looks at 40 schools across the country and looks at national trends in secondary schools. Ruth highlights Ofsted’s findings that pupils have limited opportunities to engage with work related education.
Ofsted also consulted with employers who reported back that the lack of enterprise based education is seriously impeding the ability of young people to engage with employers in the workplace.
