David Hughes, chief executive of NIACE, reflects on how to encourage young people and provide the necessary support to help them step into meaningful and long term employment.

David outlines two important points towards this goal: how to provide positive work experience for young people and how to help them become confident and ready to learn new skills and adapt to change – to be ready to become a learner.
