From education to employment

Developing an employability system that works for everyone

Tony Wilson, policy director at Inclusion, talks about the lack of disabled people and those with health problems acquiring careers guidance; stating that only one in 10 are receiving guidance and less than half are in work.

Wilson suggests that drastic measures need to be in place to help support these people into employment. He believes it is not only the people with health defecits that need more employment aid, but also people with lower than average grades and those in low paid work.
