Job Title: Account Manager – Apprenticeships / Professional qualifications

Location: Home/Field based with travel

Salary: up to £48,000 + Generous Uncapped Bonus with HUGE earning potential + Excellent Benefits Package

KM is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a large and successful Training Organisation, who currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager, who will focus on creating new business relationships, with large key employers, at a senior/executive/c-suite level, to promote and maximise our client’s full range of Apprenticeship and Commercial training offering. You will also manage these accounts effectively to ensure repeat business ongoing.

Key Duties:

Develop from scratch new large key client accounts, and manage existing accounts, to maximise all opportunities for our client’s growth plans; Apprenticeships, Commercial/Professional Qualifications and any other Training Solutions.
Implementing a solutions led approach to business development, identify employer needs and tailoring a solution utilising our clients offering of Apprenticeships, Commercial / Professional qualifications.
Identify and engage at a senior level to secure new employer accounts.
Generate a pipeline and build solid senior level relationships in order to ensure our clients leading position in this sector
Produce and deliver sales propositions / presentations at a senior level to secure new business.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes
Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.
Working towards and achieving revenue targets
Cross sell other products, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service.

Essential Criteria:

Proven experience of developing relationships, influencing and negotiating at senior/executive level to secure new business.
Must have experience of holding your own portfolio of customers, having held an overall responsibility for their outcomes and/or service delivery.
Proven experience of working towards and achieving targets
Excellent communication skills – presentation, written and verbal.
Time management and organisational skills.
Proven experience of operating successfully in a senior level sales role including pitching proposals, developing, and presenting solutions to partners
Proven experience of developing trust, and maintaining strong relationships at a senior level
Must be flexible with travel
