We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated administrators and receptionists to join a supportive team. This is a fantastic Full-time permanent role, where you will be able to work from home 2 days a week! This role will be based in Manchester.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible to:
*Contribute and support the administrative activities of the company and meet all the standards and compliance for quality purposes using various databases
*Ensure to submit the learners’ data to ensure quality and compliance and to achieve targets
*Collaborate with the learners, employers, and team members regarding funding queries and properly communicate across the company to have a consistent administration approach
*Attend training to ensure development and to meet required standards by the awarding bodies, funding, and external bodies
*Effectively utilize the company systems to achieve and meet the deadline in the data processing
Experience and Skills:
As an Administrator, you will need the following to be successful:
*Experience as an administrator or receptionist is essential
*An ICT-related qualification at level 1 is desirable
*A GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
*Knowledge of using databases, MS Office, and excel systems
*Knowledge in audit and compliance is desirable
*Knowledge of administrative tasks and importance of the accuracy in daily work
*Strong self-management, proactive and enthusiastic
