Job Title: Business Development Executive – Apprenticeships / Professional qualifications

Location: Home/Field based with travel

Salary: up to £55,000 + Generous Uncapped Bonus with HUGE earning potential + Excellent Benefits Package

KM is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a large and successful Training Organisation, who currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Executive, who will establish new large enterprise key employer accounts, to promote our client’s full range of Apprenticeship and Commercial training offering.

Key Duties:

This is very much a proactive role, where you will identify, prospect and secure new business with from scratch with large key enterprise employers (5k plus employees)
Build relationships at a senior/executive/c-suite level, implementing a consultative approach to sales, to tailor suitable solutions, maximising our clients offering of Apprenticeships, Commercial / Professional qualifications. Once account is secured, this is then passed over to be account managed within the business.
Produce and deliver sales propositions / presentations at a senior level to secure new business.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes
Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.
Working towards and achieving revenue targets
Cross sell other products, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service.

Essential Criteria:

Proven experience of developing relationships, influencing and negotiating at senior/executive level to secure new business.
Proven experience of working towards and achieving targets
Excellent communication skills – presentation, written and verbal.
Time management and organisational skills.
Must be flexible with travel
Proven experience of operating successfully in a senior level sales role including pitching proposals, developing, and presenting solutions.
Proven experience of developing trust, and maintaining strong relationships at a senior level
