Job Title: Business Improvement / Six Sigma Trainer

Location: Remote with some face to face delivery when required

Salary: Up to £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

Assess and support learners working towards Standards in Improvement Technician (Level 3) and Improvement Practitioner (Level 4).
Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills – Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
Deliver a blended learning approach (1:1 and workshops) with the majority of delivery taking place remotely, with face to face visits only as required
Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion time-scales.
Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of delivering Green Belt Six Sigma Training or leading improvement projects.
Experience of using e-portfolios and e-learning platforms
Must be confident with using online delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
Must hold a recognised learning & development or teaching qualification.
Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA) – although this is not essential.
Knowledge of the New Standards in Improvement Technician (Level 3) is desirable.
Delivery of Improvement training within healthcare is highly desirable.
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Personal Skills:
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
