Job Title: Delivery and Quality Manager (WBL / W2W)
Location: Remote / Home based
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Applicants must hold experience of working at this level within the Work Based Learning / Skills sector to apply.
Work closely with employers, learners and delivery staff, to ensure that programmes are designed and implemented to meet their requirements.
Performance management of team, ensuring contractual targets and objectives are met in terms of timely success rates, non-starters, referrals and progressions.
Work alongside the IQA and Curriculum Lead to coordinate the timely and effective delivery of Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes in-line with delivery models.
Ensure course content and delivery remain up to date, innovative and engaging, developing the knowledge and skills of learners and motivating them to reach their full potential.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of assessment and completion of learner qualifications.
Devise, monitor and implement Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) actions that link to our client’s Self-Assessment Report.
Prior experience of working within a similar role within the Skills/Employability sectors.
Must be a qualified Assessor and IQA.
Experience of contributing towards Ofsted inspections
Experience of using E-Portfolio’s (OneFile/Aptem etc.)
Up to date knowledge and understanding of ESFA/Ofsted.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
