Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a College based in the Wolverhampton who are currently seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer, to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

The College are ideally looking for someone who has some previous experience teaching, and this role will involve delivery on both practical and theoretical elements of Level 1 – 3 courses.

Requirements

* Must be a qualified Electrician.
* Must have previous experience teaching.
* A teaching qualification is desirable and not essential.

* A strong understanding of the Electrical industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice.
* Be passionate about educating the next generation of electricians and have experience dealing with learners with challenging behaviour.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
