S Knights recruitment has a position in the West Midlands, As an Employability Tutor.

 The primary objective is to assist participants in securing suitable and sustainable employment through the facilitation of workshops for our client.

These workshops encompass enhancing job search, application, and interview skills, refining work behaviors, bolstering motivation and confidence, and developing functional skills crucial for daily life. Working closely with participant groups, the Employability Tutor is responsible for delivering both standard and tailored workshops. Collaborating effectively with Employment Advisors is essential to provide the necessary support for participants to progress towards employment and enhance their confidence in everyday life.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

In alignment with all other staff:

Supporting the mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives of B2W.

Group Workshop Delivery:

Utilising online digital platforms and in-person sessions to conduct group or individual learning sessions, ensuring content is relevant and impactful for attendees.

Performance:

Meeting and surpassing all performance targets and Key Performance Indicators monthly, while seeking feedback and input to continuously enhance outcomes for participants and commissioners.

Administration:

Creating and communicating a quarterly timetable of different modules and their availability to the team.
Providing monthly statistics related to performance and online engagement by the end of each month.

Evaluation of Programs:

Ensuring evaluation forms are distributed to participants, collecting responses, and producing quarterly reports of results for immediate evaluation.

Communication:

Contacting all clients on the attendee list prior to session commencement where necessary.
Collaborating with Managers, Employment Advisors, Job Coaches, and participants regarding program development needs.

Experience:

Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging group workshops, both digitally and in-person.

Qualifications:

Level 3 Access to Education & Training and/or equivalent competence/experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to manage group dynamics.
Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and techniques to optimise learning and transfer.
Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse participants.
Proficiency in software tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Administrative and record-keeping proficiency.
