Intro:

S Knights recruitment are currently recruiting for a Freelance Employability Tutor. This is an organisation that has been established for over 25 years and has a grade 2 Ofsted report. This is a temporary freelance role that is based in Manchester. This role is ideal for a candidate who has knowledge within the employability sector along with vocational experience delivering of the following; Hospitality, Retail, Customer Service and Warehousing, the right candidate will be passionate about providing unemployed learners with the skills they need to gain employment and break down their barriers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Freelance Tutor in Employability, you will be responsible to:

* Conduct sessions for the learners in Hospitality, Retail, Customer Service, and Warehousing
* Help the learners in developing the skills they need to gain employment and break down their barriers
* Create outstanding learning tools to develop the skills, behaviours, and knowledge of the learners
* Monitor and record the progress of the learners daily
* Manage the classroom properly and always follow management policy

Experience and Skills:

As a Freelance Tutor in Employability, you will need the following to be successful:

* Teaching qualification PTTLS, DTTLS, CTLLS, or equivalent
* Prior experience in the Employability sector along with vocational delivery in Retail, Customer Service, and Warehousing
* Excellent classroom management
* Outstanding communication skills
* Motivated, flexible and committed
