Head of Sixth Form

We are seeking a Head of Sixth Form (HoSF) to join the college management team, the ideal candidate will provide inspirational leadership and management to all staff within The Sixth Form, ensuring a high quality experience with outstanding outcomes for students.

The HoSF will have a critical role to play working with colleagues across the organisation, developing strategies to develop, attract, recruit and retain students in line with corporate objectives. The HoSF will play a key role in developing the curriculum to ensure The Sixth Form offer is attractive to future students and meets the skills needs of the local and regional area.

Responsible for a large team, the suitable candidate will be a proven people manager with the ability to delegate and lead deputies being a critical part of the role. It is essential that applicants have a passion for education, want to make a difference and can contribute to meeting the strategic vision and values of the college.
