Salary: Business Support £22,071.09 gross per annum pro rata

The Role

You will provide a positive first-class enquiries service within the Sixth Form reception, assisting with all queries from staff, students and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will ensure that face-to-face enquiries and telephone enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently, referring to cross-college staff and services where appropriate. You will also engage in administrative support across all functions within MIS/IT when needed.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who possesses a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths or equivalent and has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You should also have experience of working in a clerical/administrative environment and experience of working in a customer service environment.

With excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, you’ll have the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population.
