Job Title: Internal Verifier / IQA – Apprenticeships
Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 + Benefits
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Recognised IQA award
Must possess a sound understanding of Ofsted and quality improvement cycles.
Previous experience as a Quality Assurer of Apprenticeship qualifications
Minimum Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE / Functional Skills / equivalent) – or willingness to achieve
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
Proven experience in training/coaching staff and carrying out inductions
Quality Assure across a variety of apprenticeship programmes, achieving sustained high performance, quality of delivery and learner journey, in line with our client’s standards across their Apprenticeship provision
Carry out regular observations of activity, share best practice and provide guidance and support to a team of Assessors
Ensure the quality of teaching and learning meets the quality assurance strategy and awarding body/ EPA / Ofsted requirements.
Support achieving consistency of delivery through Standardisation activities
Drive and implement continuous quality improvement.
Ensure the timely achievement of learners.
Monitor compliance and targets against learner attendance, learner journey and progression
Support the business with the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
