About the role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated quality coordinator to lead on the quality of apprenticeship delivery across the college. This is a diverse role, in which you will work closely with assessors and tutors to ensure employers and apprentices receive excellent customer service and the highest quality of provision.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills.
Candidates should also have:
– Prior experience working in an office or administrative role
– Experience of analysing data and writing reports
– ICT competency
