Job Title: Quality and Curriculum Manager

Location: Remote – Must be flexible with national travel as required

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Type: Full time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:
Be a qualified Assessor and IQA – holding any of the following: (D32/D33/A1/TAQA/CAVA – D34/V1/IQA)
Demonstrable experience of undertaking Internal Quality Assurance to raise standards of provision.
Experience of supporting/managing the quality assurance process
Strong, working knowledge of the current OFSTED framework (EIF).
Experience of developing new curriculum alongside a variety of stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills – Written and Verbal – with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
Duties:
Work closely with employers, learners and delivery staff, to ensure that programmes are designed and implemented to meet their requirements.
Ensure course content and delivery remain up to date, innovative and engaging, developing the knowledge and skills of learners and motivating them to reach their full potential.
Contribute to standardisation meetings, to ensure that best practice is shared across the company and that all methods of delivery meet the requirements of the curriculum.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of assessment and completion of learner qualifications.
Devise, monitor and implement Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) actions that link to our client’s Self-Assessment Report.
Undertake data analysis to support in reporting and refreshing of curriculums as appropriate.
Act as the dedicated industry specialist for own areas of competency, as well as identifying alternatives.
