Would you like to be involved with supporting the production, delivery and maintenance of the T-Level for Engineering and Manufacturing Design & Development?
We are looking for a Chief Examiner to join us in overseeing the production of assessments and support with the delivery of the first assessment series in Summer 2024 and beyond. This is a senior role within our Engineering and Manufacturing associate examining team.
As the Chief Examiner for the Design & Development pathway you will oversee the following Occupational Specialism assessments:
Electrical and electronic engineering
Control and instrumentation engineering
The role will require input from you throughout the year as we produce assessments across the four specialisms with a peak period of activity in July when we carry out standard setting activities.
Further detail on these elements, including sample assessments, can be found in the qualification specification on the 8714 qualification web-page.
The Task Profile outlines the expectations of the Chief Examiner role, and the Person Specification outlines the experience we’re looking for someone to have as a Chief Examiner.
All activity must take place within the UK with the potential to travel to London for meetings when required, although it is anticipated that most of the assessment production activity will take place remotely.
