We are proud to be recruiting for a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship trainer. Our client has the learners at the heart of what they do and focus on delivering a high-quality apprenticeship programme that will enable learners to gain skills and knowledge in digital marketing to use in their career prospects.
This is a full time, permanent position, mainly working from home with weekly travel to the office once a week. The ideal candidate will have a wealthy experience in the Digital Marketing world and have relevant teaching /assessors’ qualifications.
The roles and responsibilities of an Apprenticeship Marketing Trainer / Assessor will include:
*Developing learners’ knowledge and skills in Digital Marketing at Levels 2 and 3 through the duration of the Apprenticeship
*Support learners to gateway, ready for their end point assessment
*Manage a caseload of up to 40 learners per cohort
*Keeping students’ records up to date on e-portfolio systems to ensure deadlines are complete, assignments have been reviewed, and arranging virtual meetings
*Motivating and monitoring student success, engaging all learners, and making any adjustments to delivery to meet individual student needs.
The ideal Apprenticeship Marketing Trainer / Assessor will have:
*A teaching qualification such as PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, AET, or equivalent
*Hold an assessors award such as A1, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent
*Also considering non-qualified applicants with a strong background in digital marketing/social media
*Experience teaching and assessing Digital Marketing apprenticeships at level 2 and 3
*Strong interpersonal skills, as well as occupational experience in Marketing, or similar fields.
*IT literate using Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
*Experience completing admin tasks such as handling paperwork, registers, and creating data reports
