Work primarily from home with a hybrid model, including monthly travel to support learners in your area.

Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality training and mentorship to apprentices
• Develop engaging learning resources aligned with curriculum standards
• Monitor apprentices’ progress, providing feedback and support to help them succeed
• Ensure compliance with relevant safeguarding and childcare regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential childcare.
• A recognized qualification in residential childcare (Level 3 or above).
• UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
