The Role

Working as part of the apprenticeship team you will work closely with the sector specific trainer/assessor to manage the apprenticeship journey from onboarding until end point assessment and completion. The role will involve enrolment of the learner onto programme and working with the Trainer/Assessor and employer to create an individualised training plan, which meets the needs and ambitions of the apprentice and enables them to achieve end point assessment and be successful in their chosen career.

What we are looking for

You will need to hold 4 GCSE’s including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above and hold or be willing to undertake a recognised Health and Safety Qualification to IOSH level or equivalent.

Having up to date knowledge of apprenticeship provision is essential as is the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets. As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
