Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Tutor in Childcare on a full time, permanent and remote basis. Our client are a national independent training provider specialising in Health and Social Care, Childcare, Residential Childcare and Management. They are looking for a qualified tutor to join their close knit team and deliver Childcare courses remotely via an online platform to learners that meet Ofsted’s standards and expectations.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Childcare Tutor, your key roles and responsibilities will include:
*Managing a cohort of learners on their short courses to gain a qualification in childcare delivering Entry level 1 and
*Providing high quality teaching standards and meeting Ofsted requirements
*Support all learners processes along with their short courses to develop and motivate them to maximise their full potential
*Review learners with continuous support in any gaps in knowledge

Experience and Skills:
The ideal Apprenticeship Childcare Tutor will have:
*Competency experience within childcare and delivering courses
*A teaching qualification, such as PTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, or equivalent
*A Relevant Childcare Qualification
*Ability to encourage and motivate learners and adapt learning methods to suit their needs
*IT skills and ability to work through an online platform
