Intro: S Knights Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CSCS Tutor to work with a leading and successful Training Provider that has recently been graded “good” by Ofsted and have made a huge impact on the lives of thousands of people looking to gain life changing skills. This role is full time and will be delivering Employability along with a CSCS card. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering employability and have a vocational background within construction. 

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Tutor in CSCS, your key roles and responsibilities will include:

* To deliver basic construction training skills and health and safety
* Provide employability support to learners such as interview techniques and CV writing
* To provide confidential and impartial IAG on any employment and/or learning opportunities
* To support breaking down barriers and improving the confidence of learners
* To deliver effective and engaging lesson plans

Experience and Skills:

As a Tutor in CSCS you will need:

* A relevant teaching qualification such as PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, or Equivalent
* Assessors Qualification or equivalent is desirable
* Experience in delivering employability skills to learners
* A Vocational background in construction ideally experience delivering construction courses
* Experience delivering CSCS qualifications
