At the South West Apprenticeship Company we support your company to take on an apprentice by taking all the hard-work out of it! We arrange all the training, recruit the apprentice and employ them on your behalf. We then support you with performance management, HR, payroll and mentor your apprentice, encouraging progression and positive impact for your business. As a Business/Operations Director I have a track record of achievement; delivering and supporting a wide range of skills and Apprenticeship programmes, to target, within budgets and in line with contractual requirements.
