@IFATEched survey has opened inviting all those in the apprentice sector to review the work of the Institute  This is the third annual stakeholder engagement survey the Institute has launched and it helps us to improve

Big thank you to employers for senior leader apprenticeship revision

I am delighted to report that significant progress has been made with the development of an updated senior leader apprenticeship over the past month and can confirm the revision of the apprenticeship is almost complete.

57% of respondents said they plan to recruit new apprentices in the next year

Apprenticeship flexibilities extended to support sector through second national lockdown

@IFAteched has confirmed their special measures that have allowed thousands of people to complete their #apprenticeships through the COVID-19 crisis will be retained alongside the newly announced Furlough extension  The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (the Institute) will extend apprenticeship flexibilities until at least the end of March. The Institute will give 12 weeks from when any changes are announced to existing flexibilities before EPA organisations will have to deliver them.

First wave of EQA transitions announced

@IFAteched, @Ofqual and @officestudents work closely together to manage transition of apprenticeships The first wave of apprenticeship end-point-assessments to change over to Ofqual as their new external quality assurance (EQA) provider will do so from Thursday 12 November.
