@DevelopTraining first cohort of ‘Women in Utilities’ met for the first time for this programme. The programme sought females in the industry who strongly believe in creating greater gender diversity in the utilities sector.   The programme is designed to accelerate the careers of women in the utility industry, provide advocacy and mentoring to support pathways to leadership roles, also striving to create a culture of empowerment.

DTL are proud to announce they have received CPD accreditation from the Chartered Institute for Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) for two of its training programmes.

Designed and developed by Anne Rogerson, IT Director, DTL working in partnership with Joanne Green, Training & Competence Manager, tRIIO, Gas Distribution Partnership. The multi-functional platform eliminates manual booking, provides real time dashboards of staff and competence to manage the training and development needs of over 3,800 tRIIO staff.
