Access to Higher Education courses at Leicester College offer route to university for adult students

Leicester College (@LeicesterColl) is offering seven Access to Higher Education courses for adults who would like to go to university but don’t meet the entry requirements. The courses provide adult students with the opportunity to start a learning journey that can lead to opportunities in a range of professional careers such as teaching, nursing, science, engineering or law.

Aimed at students looking for a career as a paralegal or supporting those with experience to work in the legal sector Leicester College (@LeicesterColl) has launched a new course to help people looking to become a paralegal and those with paralegal experience who are looking to progress their career in the legal sector. The Paralegal Practice Certificate level 3 course is a part-time course for 4.5 hours per week, starting on 10 September 2021 and is a National Association of Paralegal Practice (NALP) accredited qualification for paralegals.

New T Level courses at Leicester College allow employers to claim £1,000 for every student on industrial placement

Leicester College (@LeicesterColl) will offer a new range of technical-focused T Level courses, starting in autumn 2021. Designed by employers with The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, these two-year qualifications combine classroom study and a substantial industry placement where employers can receive £1,000 for every student they put through a placement, up to a maximum of 20 students.
