Going for Gold in National Teaching Awards

Selected from thousands of nominations from schools and colleges across the country, the Hospitality and Catering Team at Eastleigh College (@Eastleigh_Col) is in the running to win one of the 15 Gold Pearson National Teaching Awards to be announced in November in a programme broadcast by the BBC.

Hampshire college earns its place alongside national refrigeration experts

Eastleigh College (@Eastleigh_Col) is attending several high profile cooling industry events beginning with the Hampshire Refrigeration Society HRS2021 expo, followed by the National Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (ACR) and Heat Pump Awards in Manchester where the College and apprentices are shortlisted, and the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) and Institute of Refrigeration (IOR) Awards in London where apprentices are in the final.

Innovative tutors are through to Learning Technology Award finals

The eleventh national campaign to raise awareness of gas safety took place last week and marks a busy year at the @Eastleigh_Col Gas Assessment Centre (GAC) in Eastleigh where candidates qualify for both home and business ‘gas safe’ registration.

Counselling is a continuously evolving career choice and the new DipHE Counselling Diploma qualifications at Eastleigh College (@Eastleigh_Col) are proving popular with learners looking to take their next steps towards this fulfilling and impactful career path. Diploma-qualified counsellors now have the option to top up their counselling diploma (DipHE) to a Bachelor degree with Eastleigh College.
