About FE News: Established in 2003, FE News has been the specialist digital / new media news site for the Further Education, Skills, Work Based Learning and Employability sector for the past 14 years. Over the past 14 years, FE News has specialised in giving our audience Exclusive content from experts across the sector, particularly sharing best practice, innovation, expert opinion articles discussing FE strategy and videos on the latest developments in the sector.
About the FE News audience: Mainly key decision makers, senior management, executives and policy makers in the FE, Skills, Apprenticeship / Work Based Learning and Employability sector. FE News has an average of 20,000 unique users per month and approx 500,000 impressions per month.
Our audience have many ways of engaging with the content and getting involved themselves. In 2016 we launched V.7 of FE News, the site now allows registered members to publish events, seminars, press releases, corporate blogs, and videos straight onto the FE News site.
Advertising on FE News: Our most popular advertising options since 2003 have been our site wide display advertisements, which are next to the articles and videos. Our main headline banner advertising space is so popular that it is booked out for a year at a time! So please check for availability on the site wide advertising options.
With FE News V.7 we have also launched several new advertising options. These being Home Page ‘section break banner advertisements’ and in article adverts (on both our written word articles and videos).
We usually have availability for site wide ‘Skyscraper’ advertisements (although it is again a good idea to check for availability as the Skyscrapers are very popular). The Skyscrapers are 120 pixels wide and 225 pixels high and are on every news and video page. The Skyscrapers are still £299 + vat per month (we have frozen this Skyscraper rate since 2006! This is the same year that Twitter was launched! So we have kept our Skyscraper rate at the same price since Twitter has been born!)
