The traineeship is designed to give the candidates relevant, appropriate and required knowledge to progress successfully onto the Level 3 Apprenticeship within the company, which as it stands has up to 10 spaces available for those who are successful.

The journey so far…

The four weeks of intense training, which is delivered at Taopix headquarters, has been a real success. The eager young adults have so far studied networking principles, web fundamentals and are now onto social media and digital marketing before hitting the ground running on their work placements next week. As part of the journey, the candidates have also undertaken English and maths functional skills as a ‘top-up’ from school or college.

To name but a few of the perks that come with working at Taopix, a number of the candidates have had birthday cards and cake and all have their lunch cooked for them every day, with a game of pool or table tennis for desert. From spaghetti bolognaise to homemade burgers and chips – it’s safe to say, lunch time is enjoyed!
