Organised through the Department for International Trade, the National Trade Academy Programme offers a variety of new learning opportunities to upskill and engage students, businesses and academics.
The new summer school offers a unique opportunity for participants to gain invaluable expert insight into international trade and investment. The three-day programme taking place in London from 16-18 July will be an extensive practical learning programme which will involve areas such as international trade concepts, group-based export related challenges and meeting successful businesses leaders.

After completing a lengthy competency-based application form and a reference from SERC Deputy Head of School of Hospitality, Management, Tourism and Languages Jenny McConnell, Eamonn received a provisional offer.
Eamonn came to SERC after his GCSE’s in 2013 and attended the colleges open day where he spoke with tutors and enrolled onto a diploma in creative media course as well as essential skills literacy and ICT at the colleges Bangor Campus. Eamonn then progressed onto the Level 3 Business diploma and is now in his second year of the Liverpool John Moore’s University BA Business Studies degree course.
