The Skills Network Unveils Plans To Deliver 21st Century Apprenticeships

One of the UK’s leading training providers, The Skills Network, vows to ‘demystify’ Apprenticeships for businesses nationwide, announcing a dynamic new delivery model and an extended suite of Apprenticeship programmes.

So, what’s new and how are they doing it?

Blending work-based training with e-learning, The Skills Network will utilise its extended knowledge of online learning to offer contemporary and flexible training solutions that are designed around the needs of each and every organisation.

Multiple delivery tools, such as Study Coaches, face to face Assessor visits, online learning content, soundbites and online lectures to name but a few, will allow learners and their employers to receive a second to none service that will maximise efficiencies, drive progression and ensure that off-the-job training time is worthwhile, recorded and does not disrupt the organisation’s business objectives.

The Skills Network promises to support employers through the evolving Apprenticeship landscape – following the UK Government’s introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy – and invite organisations to receive a free Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in order to fully explore their options and maximise their entitlements.

Daniel Wilson, Director of Apprenticeships at The Skills Network, said:
“We are thrilled to be bringing an exciting new Apprenticeship offer to the market that sees the culmination of months of hard work of honing our skills, listening to employers, consulting with learners and ultimately presenting a delivery model and supporting resource that will lead the way for future work-based learning.”
