Isaac Physics provides online extension material and continuing professional development, to help prepare students to study physics and related courses at university.

What you can get

As a teacher you can access:

  • online resources and support, including setting assignments
  • continuing professional development
  • face-to-face and online events
  • one-to-one support

As a student you can access:

  • online study tools and support
  • face-to-face and online events

Who can get support

All students and teachers can access the Isaac Physics online platform. It is specifically designed for teachers and students from GCSE level through to university.

Some events are only open to students who:

  • are eligible for either free school meals, the pupil premium, education maintenance allowance or a 16 to 19 bursary during secondary school
  • attend a school or college, or live in an area, with a low rate of progression to higher education

When itā€™s available

Events to support use of the online platform take place throughout the year across the country.

What it costs

Online resources and events are free. Some students may be able to get funding towards travel costs.
