From education to employment

William Clarence Education Welcomes new Head of Schools and University Consultancy

Alongside the launch of William Clarence School Services, the leading London education consultancy’s school admissions and marketing arm, the firm proudly announced the arrival of Diana Morant to its Family Services team this month.

Leading William Clarence’s exceptional team of School and University Consultants, Diana Morant brings with her over 15 years of experience within student admissions and educational guidance for families from around the world.

Stephen Spriggs, Managing Director of William Clarence Education, commented:

“The demand for our educational advice grew 120% last year and so it was essential to expand the team to allow more capacity, stronger relationships with schools and ensure all clients have access to our professional approach to securing their educational future. We are delighted to have Diana join our team. Our schools’ consultancy and university admissions department has gone from strength to strength in recent years, and Diana is the perfect candidate to take the lead during this period of continued growth. I have no doubt that Diana’s wealth of experience and expertise will help us aid even more of our clients in achieving their UK education goals.”

In addition to her previous role as head of the London office of Carfax Education, Diana also worked as Director of Admissions at a leading independent school in south west England for over ten years. As a result of her extensive admissions experience, Diana has developed a familiarity with over 100 preparatory and senior schools from all over the UK, and a broad knowledge of, and contacts among leading schools in and around London.

Diana Morant commented:

“For over 15 years I have worked with families from all over the world, helping them to find the right school or university for their child. I very much look forward to developing William Clarence Education’s already-impressive consultancy business and working with a very talented team of educational consultants to further develop this arm of the business. William Clarence’s bespoke and impartial approach to admissions, and commitment to finding the right fit for each individual is very much aligned with my own approach and values.”

Ms Morant also expressed her confidence that international families will continue to value a British education, despite present political uncertainties:

“Recent years have seen families moving from all over the world to educate their children in the UK, seeing greater demand for day places, alongside the more traditional boarding market. With extensive experience of both day and boarding schools, I look forward to playing such a key role in expanding William Clarence’s business in offering top-class advice and services to families.”

William Clarence Education has developed and maintained an excellent reputation in placing families, both domestic and international, in some of the UK’s most prestigious schools and universities. Its Family Services division specialises in advising and assisting families in all aspects of school placement, university applications, US college admissions and private tuition. The firm’s client base continues to grow and become more diverse, assisting international families at all stages of their academic journey- from nursery and prep school advice all the way through to medicine applications and Oxbridge.
