From education to employment

Team Growth at New Talent Fashion

New Talent Fashion (NTF) – a platform to empower and showcase upcoming fashion talent – share a record month for growth as they welcome seven new members to the team and make internal promotions.

Since announcing its transformation – including a brand-new site and launch of two new subscription services (Student Hub and NTF Exclusive) – NTF has appointed interns, assistants, and representatives of the brand, to further bolster the company’s expansion these coming months.

Recent graduate Adelina Iacurto, and London College of Fashion student, Michael Regan, were the first to join as Digital Marketing Interns. Michael will soon move to Content Creator at New Talent Fashion after a successful introduction at the company. Supporting content production for the new subscription areas, they meet Digital Marketing Assistants: Daisy Whittaker, Ellie Doyle, and Peyam Zangana. NTF also welcomed Zack Bottoni – Digital Marketing and Mixed-Media Assistant – to the team, alongside Sales Representative, Kyra Hardy.

PR, strategy, and content creation are at the heart of the recent hires interests, as the brand hopes to develop employee skills and guide the new talent into a future in the fashion industry.

Helena Smith – Senior Marketing Manager at New Talent Fashion, following her recent promotion – explains why now is the perfect time to welcome recruits to further marketing efforts:

“Over the past year, so much talent has gone unnoticed – be that from the fall in employment rates or further uncertainty in the fashion industry itself. Students and graduates are stepping outside of the box like never before and showcasing themselves, showing how well they can adjust to a new social and working environment.

“Not only has talent adapted, but the industry has too. The shift towards digital has developed new methods of communication and marketing for many businesses. For us, it is the perfect time to utilise the upcoming talent to add a fresh outlook on the way we do things.”
