Call to run a project providing advice and guidance to employed and redundant adults to improve progression in the labour market in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly LEP area.

Details

This call aims to improve progression in or into the labour market for adults through innovative provision of effective independent Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and access to vocationally-based skills activity leading to sustainable employment, including apprenticeships and traineeships, or further training/education opportunities - either for the current or future opportunities that may emerge. The additional support from this investment priority will help employed and redundant people to progress at work through achieving additional skills, and it will drive growth in their organisation by improving productivity and flexibility.

The project must cover the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly LEP area.

Approximately £1,600,000 of ESF is available.

Deadlines

Full application deadline: 20 January 2021

Completion date

Projects must be financially completed (i.e. have a proposed Financial Completion Date) no later than 31st December 2023; however, the Managing Authority reserves the right to vary the maximum duration in exceptional circumstances.
