MESMA WEBINAR AIDS SELF ASSESSMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PLANNING SKILLS

New webinars from online quality assurance specialists Mesma have been developed to equip those who have quality responsibilities in their organisation with the critical tools to develop robust and meaningful improvement strategies as a key part of their overall role.

New approaches to undertaking self-assessment will also be covered as part of an accessible programme, which is designed to meet the increasing need for greater accountability and quality control among training and learning organisations.

Participants will gain the skills that will enable them to enhance their ability to showcase the organisations they represent while understand what a good improvement plan looks like and how other staff can be involved in process. The programme:
