From education to employment

Innovate Awarding to divulge the secrets of end-point assessment at the AELP National Conference this June

Now that the apprenticeship standards and apprenticeship levy have launched; providers are turning their attention to end-point assessment and how this will work in practice. To help, national apprenticeship awarding organisation, Innovate Awarding, will be on-hand to support with up-to-the-minute details on all things end-point assessment at the AELP National Conference 2017, 26th-27th June at the Novotel London West (Booth 35/36).

John McNamara, a non-Executive Director on the Innovate Awarding Board, will be providing A holistic view on how ready the EPA market is on Day Two.

Charlotte Bosworth, Managing Director at Innovate Awarding, said:

“It’s a fundamental time for apprenticeships and although, in most cases, we are a year away from delivering end-point assessments it’s critical that employers and training providers have full sight of the assessment criteria and process and can effectively communicate that to learners.

“Innovate Awarding has created a range of helpful resources including fact sheets on each of the 16 standards that Innovate is currently approved to deliver, an end-point assessment brochure detailing everything you need to know, and an end-point assessment demo. Our team will be providing support to anyone investing in, and planning to deliver, standards at the conference. We will also be able to share our end-to-end apprenticeship experience that is designed to take apprentices from initial assessment through to EPA Certification”.

In addition, Innovate Awarding will be hosting four informative workshops:

Day 1                     How do you develop your business through apprenticeship standards?

Workshop 1                26th June                     12:45 – 1:35

Workshop 2                26th June                     2:50 – 3:40

Workshop 3                27th June                     12:30 – 1:20
